π§΅ Processing & Dispatch Timeline
We aim to dispatch all ready-to-ship orders within:
- 4β7 business days for orders within India
- 10β15 business days for international orders (shipped via DHL)
π Customised orders β including blouse stitching, fall-pico, or any additional tailoring β may require 10β12 business days for dispatch.
π Delivery Partners
To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we work with trusted logistics partners:
- Domestic Shipping (India): Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, and other reputed couriers
- International Shipping: DHL (exclusively)
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package weight. Certain products may be eligible for free shipping, as specified on the product page.
π Holiday Season & Unforeseen Delays
During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may experience minor delays. We coordinate closely with our courier partners to minimise disruptions.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
π¦ Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears damaged, tampered with, or compromised at the time of delivery:
- Please do not accept the package
- Capture clear photos or videos of the parcel
- Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with the details
π Once a parcel is accepted by you or by someone on your behalf, it is considered successfully delivered. Varaa Apparel will not be responsible for any damage or loss reported thereafter.
β Order Cancellations by Varaa Apparel
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
- Inventory discrepancies
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incomplete or unverifiable shipping information
In such instances, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
